Terms of Use

1. Your account

• Use only your own account. Do not share your password, and do not sign in for another student.
• Take the sign-in photo yourself, with your own camera, showing your own face. Photos of photos, screens, test cameras or virtual cameras are refused.
• Do not use scripts, bots or other tools to sign in or to upload work.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell the Placement Cell at once.

2. Your work

• Upload your own work, as a PDF, before the last date shown for it.
• The portal compares every PDF with the PDFs of other students. Work that is copied, shared with another student, or not about the task is sent back, and you are told why.
• If work for the same task is copied or wrong a second time, it gets 0 marks and is locked. Only your HOD or the Placement Cell can unlock it.
• Marks may first be given by the portal from your PDF. Your teacher can check and change them at any time. Some subjects, such as Mathematics, are always marked by the teacher.
• You may delete your upload and upload again while the work is open and has not been marked by a teacher.

3. Conduct

• Do not upload abusive, offensive or unrelated content. Such content is recorded and reported to your HOD.
• Do not try to see other students' information or to get around the portal's checks.
• Breaking these rules can lead to your account being deactivated and to action under the college's rules.

4. Staff

• Staff may use student information only for college work, marks and placements.
• Downloaded lists contain student information. Keep them safe and do not share them outside the college.
• Every change to marks, records or settings is logged with the staff member's name.

5. Placement drives

Registering for a drive means you agree that your name, course and placement profile can be shared with that company. Selection decisions are made by the company. Keep your placement profile correct and up to date.

6. The portal

We try to keep the portal working at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. If you cannot upload work before a last date because of a problem with the portal, tell the Placement Cell before the last date.
